MPC Recruitment Initiative is a Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) company committed to empowerment and job creation in South Africa. MPCi strives to provide a fair and equitable work environment encouraging the full participation of previously disadvantaged people in the mainstream economy. The initiative has been created by incorporating existing staff from previously disadvantaged communities.
MPCi is a fully operational company within the MPC Recruitment Group with a 26% Black Shareholding.
