MPC Connect

MPC Connect is the Call Centre division of MPC Recruitment Group.

Through MPC Connect, we are able to take complete control of the Call Centre, from the supplying of infrastructure right through to the provision of staff – on a permanent, temporary or contract basis, as well as a full HR and payroll function.

MPC Recruitment Group has had invaluable experience assisting in the setting up of International Call Centres in South Africa. MPC Connect’s latest large scale Call Centre project commenced operations in December 2008 for a UK based property company. MPC Connect currently provides full Infrastructure support (Premises, IT and Telephony Hardware and Software) and People Staffing solutions for this operation. The MPC Connect division manages customised solutions for a variety of clients, within the Call Centre environment.
