StaffMatch Recruitment Management Package
The MPC Recruitment group has a custom developed, fully computerized database of thousands of interviewed candidates from all industry sectors, at all levels, and across all population groups.
StaffMatch allows every Consultant within the group to search the entire database electronically by candidate name, keyword/s or field of expertise. In this way, we are able to streamline and speed up CV submission, especially when CV's are required at short notice. The system has also been developed to benefit our clients by keeping a detailed history of placements made, lost or put on hold, CV's sent for positions and the time period for CV's to be sent.

Over the last few years, larger numbers of good caliber candidates have gained access to the internet, and online recruitment sites have developed to meet this growing community. The MPC Recruitment Group has invested a considerable amount of time and funding to ensure all of our consultants have access to the largest job portals in South Africa. This effectively shortens the recruitment process as our consultants are able to source good caliber candidates at the click of a button.

Vacancies are posted here on our site and candidates are able to submit their CV's for specific positions. This is another way in which consultants gain access to suitable candidates that they may not have otherwise come in contact with.
By advertising in local newspapers, on various online sites, and in outdoor media, we constantly drive potential candidates to our website, therefore creating a continual inflow of CV's.

Launched in June 2008, Careertracker is an online Career Tracking system allowing us to keep track of our top candidate's career movements. Only top candidates are invited to join the Careertracker system - they are to login to our website at any time to update their contact details and career movements. In this way, we have easy access to the latest CV's of good caliber candidates. In essence it speeds up the job process and keeps excellent candidates constantly in contact with us.

The Clienttracker system, launched in October 2008, is a virtual Client Account Management system,whereby the client is able to manage their recruitment needs online, through our website. Clients can navigate through the system to perform
(and request) a number of tasks - from loading new orders; viewing active orders; viewing placement history; requesting recruitment statistics; updating contact details and logging in placements, to name a few. Once a client reaches their predetermined target, in terms of placement fees, over a specific period the client qualifies for a rebate. This rebate will be translated into a discounted placement fee for future placements (to be discussed according to the clients needs).
