MPC Rewards Top Temps

The MPC Top Temps Rewards Program was launched in December 2007, and was designed to be implemented in companies where there are large numbers of temporary and contract MPC staff. It was initiated to create a sense of belonging, respect and recognition for an individual's career within the contract centre environment, we have designed a monthly rewards program to show gratitude to these employees for a 'job-well-done'.
