Temp Rewards
Due to the fact that our temporary staff are based at various sites on our clients premises, they often do not have a sense of belonging and have to produce high-productivity results with limited personal recognition.
MPC Rewards and Tessa’s Top Temps were designed to show gratitude to our Temporary and Contract employees for a “job well-done”; and to involve our clients in assessing our Temporary staff we have implemented monthly rewards programs. Both programs were initiated to create a sense of belonging, respect and recognition for all our Temporary and Contract Employees.
Short Term Staffing Top Achievers
Tessa’s Top Temps was launched in March 2008 to create a sense of belonging for smaller numbers of short-term Temps. As these Temporary staff work on an ad-hoc basis, we want to ensure that they stay focused when on assignments, are excited to work for MPC and to encourage them to feel as part of a team.
